Maintenance Electrician | Commercial Environments | OTE: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum | Swindon | Travel Time Pay Scheme (detailed below) | Weekly Pay | Company Van + Fuel Card & Employment Package.

We are actively recruiting for qualified Electricians to work as Maintenance Electricians, carrying out a range of planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, minor installations / projects and testing and inspection (qualification dependant) duties across commercial environments.

Salary:

* Maintenance Electrician Salary: £42,600

* 2391 Maintenance Electrician: £46,600

* OTE: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum including overtime, call out etc.

Package: What's in it for you?

* Permanent, PAYE Position - Paid Weekly

* £18.25 - £19.85 per hour, based on a standard 45 hour paid working week (£42.6K - £46.6K).

* Standard basic hours: 07:00am - 5:30pm including travel time. (Site Hours estimated 08:00am - 4:30pm)

* Locations: Swindon and Surrounding areas (up to 50 mile radius).

* Travel time: D2D (Door to Door) Pay after 30 minutes each way.

* Overtime Rates: x2 on-site, x1.5 travel time.

* Call Out Rota: 1 in 4 weeks: £100 per week standby + D2D at overtime rates.

* Company van, fuel card, uniform and phone provided

* Company pension, 28 days paid annual leave (inc BH) etc.

* Company funded training and up-skilling.

Duties:

* Electrical fault finding, wiring, cabling, single / 3 phase power supplies, power distribution, power isolation, fuse boards, lighting (emergency / safety, decorative, security), LED / Lighting upgrades, ballasts / lamps, electrical components within HVAC equipment, installing / replacing electrical appliances / accessories (ie: maglocks), access control panels, sockets, circuits etc.

* Providing detail remedial reports.

* Adhering to health and safety / compliance policies.

* Updating the office on availability.

* Liaising with clients as and when needed in a client facing role.

Requirements:

* Must be a qualified Electrician in the UK (ie: NVQ Level 3 / City and Guilds 2330 Level 3 / City and Guilds 2360 Part 2 or equivalent).

* 2391 / 2394 / 2395 Testing and Inspection qualifications would be preferable and be paid at the higher rate.

* Experience carrying out maintenance and minor installations in commercial / light commercial environments if highly preferable.

* Able to legally work and drive in the UK with under 9 points on your license.
