Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the care team to ensure high-quality care and support is delivered to residents.
* Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs and preferences of residents.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve business goals.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
* Liaise with residents' families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
* Minimum of a Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management.
* Registered Nurse with an active NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) certificate and PIN.
* Experience working in the healthcare sector.
* Driven, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
* Strong leadership and management qualities with a dynamic and flexible approach to the role.
