Estates Project Manager

• Location: Solihull
• Reporting to: Head of Estates
• Salary: £45k-£60k per annum
• Type: Full-time

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Solihull.

• Oversee building and infrastructure projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet requirements, budget, and deadlines.
• Work with different teams inside and outside the organization to ensure projects run smoothly and follow regulations.
• Solve problems and manage expectations to keep everything on track.

• Plan project goals, timelines, and resources based on what stakeholders need.
• Monitor budgets, risks, and progress, providing updates and reports.
• Act as the main contact for stakeholders, making sure communication flows properly.
• Lead project meetings to keep everyone aligned and informed.
• Work with contractors to ensure construction meets design, safety, and legal standards.
• Handle the purchasing process, selecting and negotiating with suppliers and contractors.

• Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple projects at once.
• Experience in managing building, construction, or facilities projects.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Certifications or qualifications in project or construction management - desired
