About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team part-time, focusing on catch-up programs. This role has become available due to our commitment to providing additional support where it's needed most. As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with students requiring extra help to reach their full potential.

Application Requirements:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting.

• Knowledge of Key Stage 2 curriculum.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students in small groups to reinforce learning and address gaps.

• Assisting the class teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).

• Providing additional support during lessons and activities.

• Monitoring and recording student progress.
