A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Executive Assistant to join our highly successful team.

Reporting to the General Manager in this busy hotel; your position is a key contributor to the hotels' success - you will be the ultimate strategic partner, seamlessly blending organizational genius with high-levels of support - the behind-the-scenes force that keeps leadership focused, the agenda on track, and the business moving forward. Master of multitasking, gatekeeper of priorities, and the go-to for making the impossible happen!

Ideally, you'll have at least two year's previous proven experience as an executive assistant - if it's not within the hospitality or travel industry - that's fine with us, as long as you are comfortable working within a high-quality guest focused brand and you tick the box for our non-negotiables!

  • Exceptional communication - able to build relationships with all stakeholders, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment,
  • Ability to show initiative and proactivity
  • Attention to detail, excellent time management and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent PC skills/knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility in working hours, projects, approach and mindset

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the General Manager, including managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for the General Manager and strategic leadership team.
  • Acting as the first point of contact the General Manager, handling correspondence, emails and phone calls discreetly and efficiently, where needed with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Preparing communications, presentations, and other documents for internal and external audiences, including owners and other senior stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the preparation and execution of industry and corporate events, board meetings, and senior management gatherings.
  • Liaising with other staff members and departments to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and queries.
