A highly successful engineering company based in Isleworth are looking for a CNC Grinder / Manual Grinder to join their team. The company are market leaders, offering a state of the art manufacturing facility producing components for various industries aerospace, automotive.

The Role - CNC Grinder / Manual Grinder
The company are looking for an engineer who can set and operate CNC or Manual grinding machines working on small to medium batch work quantities.

Duties - CNC Grinder / Manual Grinder

* Setting and operating of CNC or Manual Grinding machines.

* Experienced work holding methods and best practice.

* High Precision machining.

* Working to close tolerances on a variety of materials to engineering drawings.

* Operating tools to engineering drawings and designs.

* Directly involved in continuous improvement programs and quality control.

Requirements -

* Minimum 3 years' experience in setting and operating of CNC or Manual grinding machines.

* Applicant must be able to understand drawings with close tolerances

* Experienced in grinding different types of materials.

* Must be self-motivated, shows initiative, has the ability to problem solve and work alone.

* A sound working knowledge and understanding of machine tooling and proper tool usage is essential.

* Studer, Universal, Cylindrical

Hours of Work -
Days - 08.00 - 4.30 / Early Finish Fridays

Salary -
£19.00 - £21.00 per hour
