Customer Service Advisor - Chelmsford Outskirts

Office experience not required, our client will consider candidates who have worked in Retail and Hospitality. A well-established client of ours are adding to their Customer Service team on a temporary ongoing basis to begin ASAP.

Please note that you must drive and have your own transport due to company location.Duties will include:

• Answering incoming calls, assisting with customer queries and complaints should they arise
• Placing and amending customer orders over the telephone
• Handling a high volume of calls and maintaining accurate attention to detail
• Responding to customer emails
• Working well within a team environment

Must have:

• Must have previous customer service experience
• Will need to drive due to company location
• Must be available to begin ASAP and able to commit until the end of December 2024

Monday-Friday, 7.5 hours working 9am-5pm£11.44 per hour, weekly payOffice based position with free parking
