They are now looking to take on a Legionella Risk Assessor / Consultant. to join their team in the West Midlands. The successful candidate will be confident in carrying out risk assessments on Industrial and Commercial sites, ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. You will also be working closely with clients, providing excellent consultancy support and technical advice, ensuring that clients understand legionella reports / management plans to help prevent legionella. Experience & Qualifications: " Must hold the City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment. " Proven track record working for a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella company, working as a risk assessor. " Able to show excellent working knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. " Will always be polite and professional. " Able to manage time efficiently. " Good IT skills. The Role:" Working on hot and cold-water systems, carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments in line with ACoP L8 / HSG 274 guidelines." Producing detailed legionella reports based on site findings. " Using legionella reports to create legionella management reports for clients. " Liaising with clients, ensuring they understand risk assessment findings / management plans and implement appropriate measures to prevent legionella. " Getting involved with quality control and ensuring to maintain companies LCA registration. " Water sampling and temperature monitoring." Assisting in training in new and existing employees.
