They're an award-winning, engineering organisation, looking for a Software Engineer who will be focused on developing advanced Air Defence Systems.

* Design and develop Command and Control architectures for future products.

* Collaborate with a team of experienced software, systems, and electronics engineers.

* Engage in the entire software development process, from requirements gathering to integration.

* Utilize innovative tools and techniques to enhance processes and efficiency.

What they're looking For: Candidates should possess a strong background in software engineering with specific experience in:

* C++ programming

* Real-time systems and architectures

* Familiarity with software architecture models

Additional Skills of Interest: Experience in the following areas will be considered a plus:

* Working knowledge of DDS middleware and Real Time Operating Systems

* Understanding of coding standards such as MISRA C++

* Experience with other programming languages such as Ada

* Familiarity with software safety standards like DefStan 00-55, DO-178C, or IEC61508
