FARNBOROUGH AIRPORT - Full Time

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our growing team, based at the private terminal of Farnborough Airport. This role will report directly in to the CEO. The objective of this role is to help him best maximize the use of his time, whilst offering additional support to the Senior Leadership Team.

The duties of this role will include, but are not limited to:

• Pro active diary management
• Booking of travel both local and international
• Preparing itineraries for trips
• Taking minutes of meetings as required
• Supporting with the organisation of events
• Supporting with internal social events and team building
• Adhoc administration tasks to ensure the continuous smooth running office
• Management of all air side security passes and escorting those who do not have the appropriate pass
• Reconciling invoices

We’re looking for:

• Previous experience working as a PA
• Attention to detail and the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Pro-active with good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and handle multiple assignments
• The ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external contacts at all levels
• High levels of integrity and discretion
• Hands on attitude
• Willingness to learn
