The Role - Teaching Assistant

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students and teachers in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with small group and one-on-one learning support.
Supporting the class teacher with lesson preparation and activities.
Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
Working closely with pupils who require additional support, including SEN students.
Encouraging confidence, engagement, and independence in learning.

To be a successful Teaching Assistant, you should have:
