About the role:

In this role, you'll engage with a diverse range of pupils, including those with SEN requirements. You'll collaborate closely with parents and receive administrative support to ensure a seamless teaching experience.

Our recruitment process involves a face-to-face interview and may include participation in a trial day or observation. We value candidates who embody our school's culture and values, fostering respect, inclusion, and a passion for lifelong learning.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Experience teaching Key Stage 2.

• Strong subject knowledge in English, Mathematics, Science, and other KS2 curriculum areas.

• Experience working with SEN students

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum, ensuring differentiation to meet the needs of diverse learners, including those with SEN requirements.

• Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records of student achievement and attainment levels.

• Foster positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication to support student learning and well-being. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's collaborative culture.
