Recruitment Consultant - Maintenance Sector
Location: North England or Fully Remote
Salary: Dependent on Billing History & Experience + Commission & Benefits

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant with experience in the Maintenance sector? My client, a well established recruitment agency, is looking to hire a driven, ambitious, and personable recruiter to join their team. With opportunities to work either in the North of England or fully remotely, this role offers flexibility and a supportive environment where your personal recruitment style is valued.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

Minimum 12 months recruitment experience (ideally within Maintenance or similar sector)

A passion for business development and building lasting relationships

*

A proactive approach to resourcing candidates from multiple sources: databases, referrals, job boards, social media, etc.

*

Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the internal database

*

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

*

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets

*

A strong team player with a positive and professional outlook

*

Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills
