Job Title: Fire & Security Recruitment Consultant
Location: Portchester, Hampshire
Salary: £27,000 per annum + OTE £40,000-£45,000 Year One
Hours:

* Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 17:00

* Friday: 08:00 - 13:00 (No one works Friday afternoons anyway)
Holiday: 25 days

Marble Talent Group is on the hunt for a seasoned Fire & Security Recruitment Consultant who can help build on our largest department in the company with an already hot desk. We need someone with experience in the Fire & Security sector who can hit the ground running.

What you'll be doing:

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates in the Fire & Security sector.

* Sourcing and matching high-quality candidates to suitable roles.

* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client brief to successful candidate placement.

* Staying up to date with industry trends to provide expert advice and insights.

* Meeting and exceeding targets to drive personal and team success.

What we're looking for:

* Experience in the Fire & Security sector. Whether you've been in recruitment, sales or just know your way around an intruder alarm, we want you!

* A proactive, results-driven approach to work.

* Someone who's not afraid of hard work but knows when to switch off.

* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
