This client is well versed across planned maintenance, energy efficiency and fire safety. Operating across social housing, education, heritage and public buildings, they are looking for skilled construction professionals to join their team and grow alongside the company.

Required:

* Social Housing experience

* Abilitiy to travel between London and Sussex for site visits

* Monitor and managing performance

* Deliver on all contract key performance indicators

* Ensure all work is completed on time and in line with the Contractor and Industry Standards

* Attend necessary meetings
