Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Sewell Wallis are working with a well-established business based in South Leeds who are currently looking for a Automotive Sales Co-Ordinator to join their team.

You will be responsible for assisting the team in processing incoming orders and quotations for customers, whilst offering our customers excellent levels of service and support

This role is paying £24,900 with up to £5,000 commission offering OTE of £30,000.

What will you be doing?

  • Process orders through SAGE that are received by telephone, email and the trade counter
  • To inform customers of product availability and alternatives that are available
  • To release B2B orders for Key accounts and Sales Representatives
  • To respond promptly and efficiently to all customer enquiries, including price, stock and order progression
  • To respond to export requests for quotations, providing quotations with all relevant information required by the customer
  • To convey any current promotions to relevant customers

What skills are we looking for?

  • Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
  • ERP system experience.
  • Strong communication skill.
