Teacher of History

Position: Teacher of History (KS3 and KS4)

Location: West London

Salary: £34,00 - £46,000

Are you a passionate and dedicated Teacher of History looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact in an all boys school? We are an Ofsted rated 'Good' school in West London, seeking a talented Teacher of History to join our team in West London and teach Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective History lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that stimulate interest and enhance student understanding of historical events and concepts.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and initiatives to promote a love of History within the school community.

Requirements:

• A degree in History or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching History at secondary school level is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
