Trainee Mortgage Advisor - Worthing, West Sussex.Would a company who pays for your professional CEMAP qualification work for you? Basic Salary:  £26,000 (OTE £45,000 - £60,000) Work Pattern: 5 days per week including Saturdays (typically 2 Saturdays off per month - Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 and Saturday 09:00 – 17:00 – option to work from home 1 day per week I am seeking an experienced and driven Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join my clients team in Worthing. In this role, you will leverage your enthusiam and drive to provide tailored mortgage solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Working closely with our Estate Agent Colleagues. Full training is also provided, allowing for your continuous professional development so you can be the best of the best.  What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities of mortgage advisors:

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' individual circumstances and goals.
• Identify and recommend the most suitable mortgage products from across the market.
• Sell complementary insurance products from Legal & General to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet and exceed performance targets while maintaining a strong referral rate.  
• Collaborate with estate agency colleagues to identify cross-selling opportunities.
•  Proactively engage with existing clients to nurture relationships and generate repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines and maintain accurate documentation.
