The role

We're looking for a passionate Healthcare Assistant to join our fantastic Theatre Department at Ashtead Hospital. Putting patients first, you'll be given time to care for each person as a unique individual.

Our Theatre department is busy and colleagues will rely on your support. Together, you'll deliver the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment. Ashtead Hospital has been one of Surrey's leading private hospitals since it opened in 1984. Ashtead Hospital is situated on the edge of Ashtead Village, on the A24 between Leatherhead and Epsom, and is just two miles from Junction 9 of the M25.

The hospital has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare for self-pay/insured and NHS patients. By investing in advanced medical technology, the private hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services including: full diagnostic and endoscopy procedures, orthopaedic surgery including spinal treatment and pain management.

What you'll bring with you

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care

• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Proven customer services skills

• Be a highly motivated individual

• Enjoy working in constantly and rapidly changing environments
