A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a ServiceNow Architect to join a forward-thinking organisation in a fully remote role. This position is ideal for an experienced professional looking to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions across a variety of modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives.

* Lead the architecture, configuration, and integration of multiple ServiceNow modules.

* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

* Provide guidance on best practices, automation, and platform enhancements.

* Ensure seamless workflow automation, security configurations, and scripting.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Strong background as a ServiceNow Architect, with expertise in one or more modules.

* Proven experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, development, and automation.

* ServiceNow certification such as CSA, CIS, or CTA is highly desirable.

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing projects effectively.

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
