We are recruiting for a Parts Sales Manager for our Client's bodyshop. As a Parts Sales Manager for our Client you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department.

The salary on offer for this Parts Sales Manager is £70,000.

Parts Sales Manager Person Specification:

A previous working experience as a Parts Sales  Manager
Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
Motivating and developing the Parts Team
Strong Interpersonal Skills
hold strong automotive parts and accessories sales experience at a supervisory/management level with a successful background in new business acquisition/developmentThe responsibilities of this Parts Sales Manager role are:

Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
As a Parts Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
Controlling and setting challenging but achievable targets/KPIs for your sales team whilst ensuring they are met.
