A leading specialist in Passive Fire Protection is looking for an experienced Maintenance Scheduler to join their team and play a key role in coordinating maintenance operations across the UK.

About the Role

* Position: Maintenance Scheduler (FRA/Passive Fire)

* Location: Peterborough (option to open a small satellite office in Newcastle)

* Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (starting)

Key Responsibilities

* Scheduling and coordinating up to 20 engineers, including fire door joiners and fire stoppers

* Planning daily workloads based on location and priority

* Overseeing maintenance operations for key contracts, including major hospitality chains across the UK

* Ensuring efficient team logistics and operational planning

What We're Looking For

* Experience in scheduling and planning is essential

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

* Previous experience in Passive Fire Protection is not required, but a background in maintenance coordination is preferred
