Electrical Design Engineer (E-Plan) - Contract (Outside IR35)
Location: Basildon, Essex (On-site)
Contract Length: 12 months
Rate: £45 - £50 per hour (Outside IR35)

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer with expertise in E-Plan to take on a technically challenging role designing electrical control panels for industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical schematics and layouts using E-Plan.

Create and modify control panel designs, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

*

Collaborate with project teams, including mechanical, software, and commissioning engineers.

*

Produce detailed documentation and bills of materials.

*

Provide technical support during manufacturing and testing phases.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as an Electrical Design Engineer.

*

Strong proficiency with E-Plan software.

*

Experience designing control panels for industrial or automation systems.

*

Able to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

*

Must be able to work full-time on-site in Basildon, Essex.
