Key Responsibilities

* Contracts Management - Prepare, review, and manage contracts for projects, ensuring compliance and protecting the company's interests.

* Systems and Processes - Develop and implement effective systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

* Budgeting and Cost Control - Work closely with our Financial Controller to manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and forecast costs.

* Job Costings and Pricing - Accurately price jobs, track costs, and analyze performance to ensure profitability.

* Supplier and Subcontractor Management - Negotiate rates and terms with suppliers and subcontractors, maintaining strong working relationships.

* Reporting and Analysis - Provide detailed cost reports, financial forecasts, and progress updates to senior management.

* Risk Management - Identify and mitigate potential risks related to project costs and contracts.

What you'll need to succeed

* A qualified Quantity Surveyor with proven experience in the construction industry.

* Strong knowledge of cost management, and construction processes.

* Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

* Proficiency in relevant software tools for cost analysis and reporting.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
