Leader Group have partnered with an amazing organisation who are seeking a Registered Manager to take charge of a new Ofsted-regulated home, driving high standards of care and compliance while building a nurturing environment for the children.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding.
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
• A passion for making a positive impact in children's lives.
