Role: Theatre Nurse/ ODP

Location: Devon

Pay: Up to £28 ph.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for qualified Nurses/ODPs to join an expanding NHS Hospital as a Theatre Practitioner as an ongoing agency worker block booking.

Main Duties:

• Provide planned care for patients undergoing anaesthetic and surgical procedures.
• Assist in clinical/operative procedures by providing pre, intra and postoperative care, preparing for and handing over patient care to others.
• Recognise and respond appropriately to urgent and emergency situations.
• Participate in the surgical/anaesthetic on call rotas.
• Collect, collate and report information, maintaining accurate patient records/documentation

Requirements:

• Fully qualified RGN or ODP.
• NHS experience.
• Valid NMC or HCPC pin with no restrictions.
