Salary: £41,500 PA + Call Out

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Rotating Shifts (06:00-14:00 / 08:00-17:00 / 14:00-22:00)

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a dedicated team on a large, static commercial site in Woking. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the headquarters of a well-known vehicle manufacturer, renowned for its participation in high-level motorsports. The role is client-facing and involves regular interactions with VIPs, requiring a professional and personable approach.

Key Responsibilities for a Maintenance Electrician:

* Conduct routine maintenance on emergency lighting systems.

* Perform water temperature checks to ensure compliance with safety standards.

* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) on Air Handling Units (AHUs).

* Monitor and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) for optimal performance.

* Undertake light plumbing tasks as needed.

* Walk up to 20,000 steps daily across the site, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.

* Maintain a high level of professionalism in client-facing situations, particularly when interacting with VIPs.

Experience required for a Maintenance Electrician:

* Experience: Proven experience as a maintenance electrician, ideally within a commercial or industrial environment.

* Skills: Strong knowledge of emergency lighting systems, AHUs, BMS, and general maintenance tasks. Basic plumbing skills are also desirable.

* Attributes: Physically fit, proactive, and able to manage a demanding workload. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude are essential.

* Flexibility: Willingness to work across three rotating shifts.
