Contract: JCT 2016 D&B

Value: £12.5m High End Residential Refurbishment

Programme: 95 weeks

Roles and Responsibility (but not limited to)

* Understand the current procured basement/ground works and super structure package.

* Understand and take ownership of the subcontractor and consultant valuations

* Review the latest design information, prepare scope of work documents to send out for tender

* Send out tenders, analyse, adjudicate and recommend subcontractors.

* Applications and Valuations

* Support Project teams with design information
