• Reviewing invoices on accounting system
• Entering credit card statements and expenses
• Weekly payment runs
• Making payments in multiple currencies
• Reconciling bank and supplier statements
• Dealing with internal and external queries

Profile

• Experience working within a similar role
• May be studying towards an accountancy qualification (AAT)
• Time management skills and ability to prioritise key tasks
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
