We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Electrician to work in a semi-static role, covering Cardiff.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Perform electrical maintenance, including AHU and FCU maintenance.

*

Conduct PPMs and reactive repairs as required.

*

Carry out minor plumbing and fabric maintenance tasks.

*

Participate in an on-call rota (1 in 8) and £120 standby payment.

Requirements:

*

Fully qualified electrician with facilities management (FM) experience.

*

Comfortable handling additional tasks such as plumbing and fabric maintenance.

*

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

*

Full UK driving license.
