The Candidate
Ideally we are looking for someone who wishes to be Head of Department with a clear progression path to Director within the next two years. We require someone with a minimum of 4 years PQE in Family Law with some experience in Civil Litigation preferably, to join our busy and impressive Family and Litigation teams. You will handle a medium caseload (20 - 25 cases) of family matters for a range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals whilst moving towards a supervisory role in family.
The successful candidate will have experience in handling a varied workload across all areas of private Family Law with some general litigation experience.

Pre/Post Nuptial agreements

General Civil Litigation ( if possible)
Who are we looking for

Good communication skills

Track of record of achieving career, financial (including fee targets) and business development goals;

Track record of training paralegals, trainee and junior solicitors

Track record of assistance with management of a practice is preferred
