Are you an Administrator looking for a flexible and rewarding role in financial services?

Do you have experience in administration and want to be part of a growing, supportive team?

We’re working with a local independent financial advice company. They offer independent financial advice and are known for building strong, long-term client relationships. As part of a close-knit team, you'll provide key administrative support to a Financial Adviser managing a substantial client bank, working alongside another administrator.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the adviser with day-to-day admin, including client documentation, requesting valuations and illustrations and application processing
  • Liaising with clients, providers, and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly
  • Ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial records
  • Being a key part of a professional and friendly team
