Application Support Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming support calls from customers, offering assistance and resolving issues.
- Monitor and respond to support tickets within the agreed SLAs.
- Analyse, diagnose, and resolve technical issues; escalate to the development team when necessary.
- Manage and track support issues using Jira until resolution.
- Install and customize applications for new clients.
- Conduct training sessions to onboard new users.
- Test bug fixes provided by the development team before delivering to customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Passion for excellence and a strong interest in emerging technologies.
- Enthusiastic, hands-on learner who picks up new skills quickly.
- Familiarity and experience with:
- SQL
- Windows OS
- Databases
- Web Servers
- Remote access tools
- Experience with Jira (preferred but not required).
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in an agile, fast-paced environment.
You must possess excellent communication skills couple with a driving licence.
