We are looking for a Workday Engagement Manager to drive user adoption, satisfaction, and proficiency within the Workday platform. In this role, you will develop and implement engagement strategies, provide training and support, and collaborate with stakeholders to maximize the platform's effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

* Enhance Workday user adoption and engagement through tailored strategies.

* Provide training, support, and guidance to users at all levels.

* Analyze user engagement and system usage, identifying areas for improvement.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of Workday functionalities.

* Develop and deliver training materials that improve user proficiency.

* Apply change management principles to ensure smooth adoption of Workday processes.
