Position: Children's Home Registered Manager

Salary: Up to £70,500 + Performance bonuses

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience in residential childcare
• 2+ years' experience in management
• Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification
• Proven track record of achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted ratings
• Passion for creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment
