As the Production/Process Improvement Engineer

• Analysis of current techniques, products and processes.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on activity areas.
• Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operation flow.

Profile

The successful Production/Process Improvement Engineer should have:

• Worked in a similar position within manufacturing, ideally in a composites or plastics environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong knowledge of industrial and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with computer software, including CAD.

Job Offer

• Hourly rate outside IR35 c£30-40.
• 3-6 month project.
• Onsite with flexibility on working hours
