Your new company & New Role:This Primary School in Kirkby is currently looking for a Teaching Assistant to work in one of their Key Stage 1 classes. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday. In this Knowsley Primary School there is a clear emphasis on achievement and on helping pupils to develop personally as well as academically and all adults work towards these common goals.What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this Teaching Assistant job, you will hold a Level 2/3 or equivalent Teaching Assistant/childcare qualification and have reference-able experience of working in a school setting or with children.You will also be considered for this role if you have also worked in care, as a support worker, or you have personal experience working with children with SEN needs.

• A proven record of managing challenging behaviour and supporting children to understand the route of their frustrations is essential,
• Ability to engage with pupils of varying ages and abilities.
• A flexible, adaptable approach to work
