• General Maintenance in the communal areas
• Ensuring all communal spaces, including kitchens and bathrooms, are tidy and well-presented.
• Re sealing Showers and Baths
• Lifting Fridges into accommodations
• Manual Heavy Lifting is required
• Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient operations.

?? Our client offers an attractive pay rate of £11.44 per hour and operates from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm.
