This Role

* Oversee 33-132kV switchgear and primary substation projects from award to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in full.

* Serve as a key contact, collaborating with Commercial, Design, and Supply Chain teams to align project execution with company objectives.

Your Responsibilities

* Project Delivery: Manage planning, scope, resources, financials, and change control to ensure successful execution.

* Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, external clients, and supply chain partners to maintain alignment.

* Governance & Compliance: Implement project controls, risk management, and reporting while ensuring adherence to ISO, NERS, and regulatory standards.

* Financial Oversight: Monitor profit/loss, cost control, and forecasting to drive business efficiency and sustainability.

* Site Management: Conduct quality audits, troubleshooting, and safety checks as required.

What You Bring

* Project Management Expertise: Proven experience managing complex multi-million-pound electrical utility projects.

* Technical & Leadership Skills: Strong decision-making, stakeholder management, and ability to drive operational efficiency.

* Industry Knowledge: Experience with ICP or DNO at EHV voltage levels (33-132kV) and familiarity with tendering and design teams.

* Certifications: Project Management qualification (Prince 2, APM, PMI), SMSTS, Emergency First Aid, and a valid UK driving license.
