Anderson Knight are seeking a motivated HR Adviser to support our client. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across a range of functions including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and policy guidance. You'll work closely with managers and employees across multiple sites, supporting day-to-day operations and helping to drive a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees

Support recruitment processes from end to end

Advise on policies, procedures, and employment law

Manage employee relations cases

*

Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar HR generalist role

Strong knowledge of current employment legislation

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*

CIPD qualification (or working towards) desirable

*

Full driving licence and access to a car is essential
