Key Responsibilities:

Managing project costs from inception to completion
Preparing estimates, valuations, and cost reports
Identifying and managing risks, variations, and claims
Negotiating contracts and procurement strategies
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure cost-effective delivery
Ensuring compliance with contractual and financial proceduresWhat We're Looking For:

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of cost management, pricing strategy, and budgeting
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
