Are you looking to relieve homelessness from the comfort of your own home?

Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in East Sussex, who are looking for 2 Housing Needs Officers to join their team for an initial period of 3 months.

You will be joining a small team of 4, going into the seaside offices only once a week!

You will be expected to have prior Local Authority experience within Housing and Homelessness, with excellent working knowledge of writing S184 decision letters and Personal Housing Plans.

You will need to provide suitable housing advice to clients in the area, in accordance with the relevant housing legislation e.g. the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 and Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996.

The Council are looking for someone to start within the next few weeks, with interviews occurring next week!
