Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Recent experience teaching in KS2.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to KS2 students (Years 3-6).
• Assess, track, and monitor student progress, ensuring all pupils reach their potential.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students, fostering their confidence and self-esteem.
• Contribute to the school's culture of continuous improvement and innovation in teaching.
