Their pipeline of cladding remediation works are in demand and they have a strong forward order book.

HQ based near Paddington, London.

The Role - Assistant Estimator

My client are looking to appoint an Assistant Estimator, to their preconstruction team.

Reporting into a Senior Estimator/Commercial Director, in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for:

* Preparing and submitting detailed cost estimates for projects.

* Analysing project plans

* Performing material take-offs

* Sourcing cost information

* Preparing tender documents

* Liaising with suppliers and clients.

* Proficient in using Excel

*You will have previous experience in an estimating role, within the construction industry*
