Prepare for, and participate in, planned work relating to court and court orders effectively and within appropriate timescales. Identify children in need who may also be in need of protection and effectively safeguard them. intervention and service provision, including packages of support for families.

Conduct interviews, develop observations and gather information from children, families and other agencies. Devise, implement and review plans, including the development and management of protection plans within a child protection framework, care and pathway plans
