Job Title: CPN - Older Adults 
Location: South Buckinghamshire
Duration: Initial 3-month contract 
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
Rate of pay: £25 -26 p/h, dependent on experience
