Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing organisation, is looking for a passionate and driven Bid Administrator to join their Bid & Commercial Support team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real impact through effective coordination and administration. This position is based in Milton Keynes and is a hybrid role.
About the Role
The Bid Administrator will support the preparation and submission of bids, tenders, proposals, and presentations. You will be responsible for managing key bid documentation, ensuring timely submission, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process. Working closely with internal teams and clients, you’ll ensure smooth and successful bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities for the successful Bid Administrator
- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence via email systems and procurement portals.
- Review tender notices to identify relevant opportunities and utilise platforms for bid submissions.
- Maintain bid e-filing systems and ensure company information is accurate within tenders.
- Create high-quality templates and presentations aligned with company brand guidelines.
- Meet deadlines for bid submissions and assist with commercial administration tasks.

- Pay £25,000 - £30,000
- Office based or Hybrid

Essential Criteria
- Experience in a commercial bid or procurement environment.
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience with UK public sector tendering.
