We are extremely excited about working with this client. With a fantastic reputation in the industry, this company is at the forefront of office design and build. With more than 20 years' experience and working with clients in the Banking/ Finance, Media, Property, Energy & Leisure sector, this companies portfolio is second to non! Based 10 minutes from Farringdon station, my client's offices are situated in a great location surrounded by some of Londons best restaurants and bars, which comes in handy for Friday afternoon drinks and monthly incentives!

After a successful 2023, my client is now looking to expand their pre-construction team with an additional mid-weight Estimator to work alongside the Pre-construction Manager.

About the role:

As an Estimator, you will work alongside the Pre-construction Manager to tender on Office Design and build projects ranging in value from £500k - £7m. You will be based at my clients Farringdon offices Monday - Friday and will be required to travel to Site as and when required. For this role, you will report to the Pre-construction Manager.

Requirements:

* 3-6 years' experience working as an Estimator for an office design and build, or specialist fit-out contractor.

* Ability to work collaboratively with other departments including design, commercial, and operations.

* Experience in bids and proposals is competitive with chance of winning.

* Able to commute to London five days a week.

* Good organisational skills
