The site handles 100,000 tonnes of green waste and produces 45,000 tonnes of quality Compost which is nestled in a pretty wooded area. The facility also bags its products for retail sales.

What will you be doing?

• Work within a compact team environment
  
• Operate bagging equipment to package products in various sizes (bulk and small plastic bags)
  
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
  
• Prepare and package products for shipping
  
• Maintain equipment through regular maintenance procedures
  
• Complete end-of-shift cleaning and organization duties
  
• Participate in regular inventory counts (daily, weekly, and quarterly)
  

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or plant operations setting
  
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
