We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Advisor to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the company remains compliant in various areas related to employment and self-employment. You will manage risk and review contracts.
Key Responsibilities for a Compliance Advisor
- Evaluate, identify, and report any areas of concern or non-compliance.
- Review and maintain Terms and Conditions.
- Review Assignment Details to ensure compliance.
- Support and manage the inbox.
- Assist in onboarding and ensure their smooth integration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support ongoing compliance efforts.
- Respond to contractual queries.
- Communicate with third parties on various compliance matters.
- Ensure that workers are paid or terminated in line with agreed policies.
- Record and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with set standards.
- Adhere strictly to the company’s Quality Management System and internal policies.
Key Requirements for a Compliance Advisor
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Degree - Business / Law - desirable
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and manage risks.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a compliance, administrative, or legal role would be advantageous.
